Elpis Graduate Designated Positions
Each year, Elpis hires several Elpis graduates as ‘project leads’ who assist with coordinating production on a daily basis. They provide shift leadership, which includes more supervisory responsibility for trainees. These positions are part-time (typically .3 to .5 FTE) so that project leads can continue their education or work on other aspects of their career pathway plan.
