Paul is the founder of Elpis Enterprises. In addition to Elpis, as the Program Director at the Minneapolis Jaycees Charitable Foundation in the 1990s, Paul helped design several other innovative youth programs including Youth Networks and Bolder Options. He has a background in the hospitality business and a Master of Education in Youth Development Leadership from the University of Minnesota.
